The VSK71 is designed as 75 amp schottky.
It has six features.The first one is that it would have 50 volts and 60 volts Vrrm. Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow.The first one is about its peak repetitive reverse voltage which would be 60V.The second one is about its working peak reverse voltage which would be 50V.The next one is about its working peak rectified forward current @50% duty cycle which would be 150A.The next one is about its peak surge current which would be 1000 amps.The next one is about its operating junction temperature which would be from -65 to +175°C.The next one is about its storage temperature which would be from -65 to +175°C.The next one is about its thermal resistance, junction to case which would be 0.8°C/W.
Also there are some electrical characteristics about it.The first one is about its maximum instantaneous forward voltage drop which would be 0.6V when If=60A and would be 0.73V when If=75A and would be 0.885V when If=150A and would be 0.8V when If=220A.The next one is about its maximum instantaneouw reverse current at rated Vrwm which would be 20mA when Tj=25°C and would be 50mA when Tj=125°C and would be 100mA when Tj=150°C.The next one is about its junction capacitance which would be 4000pF.The next one is about its typical reverse recovery time which would be 50ns.The next one is about its rate of change (PIV vs time) which would be 2000V/us.And so on.For more information please contact us.
